Red came from New Hampshire to live with us in October, 2018. In his early 20’s, he is very sweet and independent. He and Blue love to play but Reddy does love his alone time. He loves to eat! We had quite a scare with him in early 2020, he was lame and he had to be placed on stall rest for about 4 months which led to the diagnosis of Cushing's Disease. We are grateful he is doing better.
Red can not eat hay, so his diet consists of senior grains which need to be thoroughly soaked for all his meals.
In addition to his meals, Red is given daily supplements as well as medicine for joint pain and Cushing's Disease . These are necessary to keep him healthy and comfortable. To keep him happy and smiling, he enjoys German molasses muffins, shredded carrots and peppermints .
Reddy is a swayback, so we know he is feeling healthy and happy when he rolls side to side.

Auggie
Auggie
Auggie came to us from Oxford, CT in May of 2017. Auggie and her mother were attacked by a black bear. Her mother did not survive and Auggie suffered more than 40 puncture wounds. Once healed, she came to live with us. When she first arrived, she would sit like a dog or follow us around, longing for companionship. Now she has more friends than she ever dreamed of and loves when her grandpa feeds her pretzels.

Dorothy
A member of The Golden Girls! Dorothy, her sisters Blanche and Rose, were gifts to us from our dear friend, Deb! Our first babies who needed a home and we were thrilled to be able to give it to them. Their first few weeks, they sounded like babies crying. They've settled in nicely and have many goat friends. They're so much fun. Their Auntie Dustyn bought them a kiddie slide that they love! They're a big hit with our visitors. We are in love!

Blanche
Sister to Rose & Dorothy! Member of The Golden Girls. Her and her sisters love to spend their days among other goat friends, playing on the kiddie slide!
